Scholarship


Research project is available from the folowing areas, for outstanding student

* General Geology,
* Sedimentology,
* Palaeontology. Micropalaeontology and Palaeoecology,
* Palaeogeography and plate tectonics,
* Biogeography and Palaeobiogeography,
* Palaeoenvironmental analysis and palaeoenvironmental reconstruction,

Eligibility for research and scholarships

Applicants for both scholarships and research project must:

* hold a Master degree with first class honours or an equivalent qualification;
* be citizens of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and not hold permanent resident status in Australia;
* must be able to study full-time on campus;
* satisfy all academic requirements for entry to the doctoral program including English language proficiency levels.

In addition, applicants for Scholarships must:

* not have commenced the doctoral program for which they are seeking the scholarship.
